We value your privacy. You can request either the complete deletion of your account or the partial removal of specific types of user data (such as specific properties, tenant logs, or financial histories) without deleting your account.
Send an email request to our support address from your registered PGNexus account email.
A. Full Account Deletion: Permanent removal of your entire login credentials and profile.
B. Partial Data Deletion: Removal of specific items (e.g., a specific property, check-out list, or expense history) without closing your account.
Once we verify your identity, your requested data or full account will be permanently purged from our systems within 7 business days.
You can also delete properties, active tenants, rooms, and expense entries directly from the dashboard settings panels inside the PGNexus app at any time without requiring an email request.
